MARK T. PERSICK
Partner

Mark was born and raised in Yorkton. He joined Leland Campbell as an articling student after completing his J.D. at the University of Saskatchewan.  Prior to entering the Faculty of Law, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in the Honours Program at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, with a focus on Criminal Justice, Political Science and International Relations.

In 2016, Mark joined the partnership and practices mostly in the areas of Criminal and Family law, though he maintains a general practice that includes, among other areas, Real Estate, Wills & Estates, and Civil Law.

​

As an accomplished hockey player, Mark has played for teams in various leagues in North America, Europe and Australia.

​

Mark has been honoured in the past as a finalist for the NCAA Humanitarian Award and completed a term as a Director at the FASD Support Network of Saskatchewan. He is currently a District Governor for the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.
