KYLA M. EIFFERT
Associate Lawyer and Collaborative Professional
Kyla has been with the firm since January 2009. She articled and practiced in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta for almost 4 years prior to her move with her family back to her home town of Kamsack. She now calls Yorkton home and divides her practice between the main office in Yorkton and the firm’s satellite offices in Kamsack and Canora.
Kyla holds two degrees from the University of Saskatchewan, an undergraduate degree in Music and a Bachelor of Laws, along with an Associateship in Piano Pedagogy from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. Kyla’s current practice includes Wills and Estate matters, Real Estate, Family and Civil Law, with a focus on out-of-court settlement processes. Kyla is a trained Collaborative Professional and is a member and board director for the Collaborative Professionals of Saskatchewan Inc. She is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and remains a non-practicing member of the Alberta bar.
Kyla also divides her time between family, music and volunteering. She performs with the Yorkton Community Concert Choir, the Yorkton Community Jazz Band, a local music trio and 2 Celtic folk groups in Alberta.
